Bailey’s #GotchaDay | Arizona Pet Photographer
Ever since I got back from Arizona this past March, I’ve been going through intense puppy withdrawal after spending a few months with my brother’s dogs, Bailey and Woodrow. So you can only imagine what an annoying little sister I must be for always texting my brother for photo updates on the pups, haha.
AND because he doesn’t always respond to my lovely requests, I’ve resorted to stalking his Instagram in hopes of seeing photos of the puppies. I know, I know. Not ridiculous at all. So it was a total surprise when I found out through a recent photo post on his IG sharing how today is Bailey’s #GotchaDay. I didn’t even know that he actually remembered, because guys don’t remember anything, right? Haha.
Anyway, so in celebration of Bailey’s big day, I decided to put together this special series of images of her from over these past 7 years. What started out as a practice for developing my skill sets, it has slowly become a tradition during each year that I visit.
Although it didn’t seem like that big of a deal at the time, and I probably didn’t take as many photos as I SHOULD have, I’m grateful for the images that I have taken. This has turned out into a meaningful set of memories that can never replace the time that has passed. Even more so, when I look at images of Bailey in 2013, and now, in 2019, and see how much she has aged over these past 6/7 years.
These are obviously not ALL of them, but these are some of my favorite ones of her. The ones that tugged on my heartstrings the most :)
