{MoMo the Alaskan Klee Klai} | Detroit Pet Photography
I’m the annoying friend that when walking around downtown, I’m excitedly exclaiming “Puppy!” at every dog that walks by and proudly declaring what the breed is, much to my friends’ good-humored annoyance. (or maybe not so good-humored, haha) With that said, I’m pretty good at knowing my dog breeds– thanks to the hours spent as a kid poring over dog-cyclopedias.
Last month, I got to work with the cutest couple, Inosha and Saji, and their equally cute dog, MoMo (different from the other Momo I photographed earlier :) ). And surprise, I had no idea what type of dog MoMo was. First guess would have been a Husky puppy, or something along those lines, but it turns out she’s an Alaskan Klee Klai!
Described as bossy, naughty, independent, and talkative, I got to see her mostly talkative side—she said hello to me the day of our session before running over to give me kisses <3. Although I detected a hint of mischievousness, MoMo was actually quite wonderful to work with. Thank you Inosha and Saji for a great photo session, and for spending your afternoon with me!
“Why you taking my photo?” >_<
“Excuse me, will you do a booger check? Is my nose clean? Hehe.”
Someone got the zoomies unexpectedly during our session!
Love MoMo’s expression in this next photo. Looks like she’s hatching her next mischievous plan.
These are some of my favorite images from the session. :)
