Sundae and Anna | Michigan Pet Photography
During what had to have been one of the last WARM and gorgeous Fall days, I photographed two adorable dogs named Sundae and Anna.Sundae is the first Sharpei I’ve ever photographed, and she’s also the most unusual one that I’ve ever seen with her brown spots! I looked it up, and I guess being spotted is a recessive trait in the breed and not desireable at all by AKC standards. Whatever though, if she was my dog, I would love her forever and ever cuz she’s so fricking cute! She has the most gentle and sweet personality and absolutely loves belly rubs. Sundae reminded me of Achilles because every time you tried to move her, she would just flop over, so you would have no choice but to rub her belly, hehe.
Anna is the complete opposite of Sundae–rambunctious and has to be the center of attention. I loved photographing her though because she has the most expressive face, as I’m sure you’ll see in the following photos, haha. She was rescued from a horrible situation as a puppy from a pet store but is now living the life. For those considering getting a dog, please, please do your research and either adopt a dog from many of the wonderful rescues I work with or a reputable breeder.
Thank you Tara for letting me photograph your beautiful girls. I had so much fun! Hope you like their modeling debut ;)
