Okay, this is going to sound super nerdy, but Auggie reminds me of binary numbers. For those that don’t know what binary numbers are, they are a numeric system consisting of 0 (zeros) and 1 (ones) used in mathematics and digital electronics. There are only two states: off (zero) or on (ones), which is basically Auggie. If you never saw him while running around and playing, you would probably think that he’s the biggest couch potato.

Our session started off at the Shinola Dog Park before heading to one of my favorite hangout spots at the heart of downtown Detroit–Campus Martius. Auggie decided to go into his “zero” state at the second location, but we managed to convince him out of it temporarily with some delish doggy crack. ;)
